We have an exciting lineup of events and activities planned, and we'd love for you to be a part of the celebration!
Join us June 30th at the Community Center for an engaging and informative presentation from the Independent Living Initiative. Learn practical tips on nutrition, exercise, stress management and everyday habits that can lead to a happier, healthier life. Jamie Caylor, Sheri Paulinellie, Heather Dodd and Don Redshaw with be presenting with healthy habit tips, recommendations and sample some tasty, healthy and delicious food.
